Refund and Cancellation Policy for GIFT CFO

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for our services, events, and products, including online appointments, events, and book sales. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to this policy.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Online Appointments

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds for canceled appointments are available if the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

    • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for no-shows.

  • Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

1.2 Events (Webinars, Workshops, and Seminars)

  • Cancellation by Participant:

    • Registration fees are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in the event-specific terms.

    • In some cases, a credit may be provided for participation in a future event.

  • Cancellation by GIFT CFO:

    • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by us, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the next event.

1.3 Books and Digital Products

  • Physical Books:

    • Refunds are only available for defective or damaged books, provided a claim is raised within 7 days of delivery.

    • The book must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • Digital Products (e-Books, Downloads):

    • Digital products are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

1.4 Other Services

  • Refunds for custom CFO services or consulting engagements will depend on the specific terms of the service agreement signed by both parties.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Online Appointments

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made after this timeframe will not be eligible for refunds.

2.2 Events

  • Participants may cancel their event registration, but fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Rescheduling or transferring registration to another participant may be allowed for certain events at our discretion.

2.3 Books and Digital Products

  • Orders for physical books can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Digital products cannot be canceled once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed.

3. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may not be processed in the following cases:

  • Services/products purchased during special promotions or with discounted pricing, unless otherwise specified.

  • Failure to follow proper refund/cancellation procedures outlined in this policy.

  • Situations where refunds are restricted by applicable laws.
